At DryEase, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality healthcare and incontinence products that meet your needs and expectations. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Be in resalable condition

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged healthcare and incontinence products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the product. We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
